I can’t recommend Todd's Plumbing & Electrical highly enough! I had an old solar split system with panels on the roof that were leaking. I reached out to several other companies to replace my system, but every one of them made it seem so difficult. They spent more time explaining all the potential problems and complications than actually helping — it was frustrating and overwhelming. Then I called Todd's, and everything was completely different. They came around the very next day to have a look, and to my relief, nothing was a problem. They said the panels from the roof were no hassle to remove at all — exactly the main issue that had held up other companies. I approved the quote, and they installed the new system the following day. The tradies who came were extremely professional, polite, and efficient. I’m thrilled with switching to a heat pump — it was an easy decision given my 15kW 3-phase solar system at home. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, which was a huge relief after my previous experiences. I also want to give a special thanks to Jazz, who patiently put up with all my back-and-forth emails and made sure everything was coordinated perfectly. The communication was excellent, and I always felt like my questions and concerns were genuinely listened to. Never before have I experienced such amazing service. Hot water tank dying + winter = aaaaagh!! Todd’s came to my rescue that day and I had a brand new tank installed (perfectly, unlike my old one) and up and running by lunch time! The young gentleman who carried out the job was so lovely and professional. He is a real credit to the company and a great example to young people that want to work hard and achieve their goals.
